Change your mind? Need a different size or color? It happens to the best of us! Here at Brazos Fine Shirts, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are free* for items in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition (original tags intact, looking fresh as the day they arrived) within 15 days of receipt. We aim to make this process as smooth as Texas honey, but there are a few particulars to note below.

Where Our Policy Applies

Our Return Policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly through BrazosFineShirts.com or our official retail locations. If you purchased your Brazos Fine Shirts through another retailer, kindly return to the original place of purchase, in accordance with their return policy. We're unable to accept returns for products sold outside of BrazosFineShirts.com or our retail stores.

How to Return or Exchange Your Order

Starting a return or exchange is as simple as a summer breeze:

  1. Head on over to our Returns & Exchanges page and follow the prompts

  2. Print your prepaid shipping label (we've got you covered!)

  3. Package your items carefully in their original packaging

  4. Send your package back to us

Once we receive your return, our quality team will give it a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our conditions. We'll send you a notification faster than a jackrabbit when your refund has been processed or your requested exchange is on its way.

Please allow at least 14 days from the date we receive your return for our team to process everything properly, with additional time for shipping any exchanges. Processing timeframes may vary during busy seasons.

The Fine Print (Because Even Good Friends Need Clear Boundaries)

This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all products sold at Brazos Fine Shirts retail stores or on our website and mobile application.

Returns and exchanges are 100% free* for items in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition within 15 days of receipt. This means your items should be:

  • Still have original tags attached

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free from scuffs or signs of wear

  • In original packaging

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

  • Gift cards (they're like cash, y'all)

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "nonreturnable"

  • Items purchased at Brazos Fine Shirts outlet stores and warehouse sales

  • Customized items with your personal touch

Additional Considerations:

  • Shipping fees are nonrefundable, unless you received an incorrect or damaged item

  • Shop Pay Installment purchases are not eligible for exchanges (if you need a different size or color, please return for a refund and place a new order)

  • Orders delivered to Hawaii or Alaska are not eligible for free returns*

  • Free shipping is not available on Hawaii or Alaska orders*

Brazos Fine Shirts reserves the right, in our good judgment, to refuse any request for an exchange or refund if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or other manipulative behavior. We're friendly folks, but we do appreciate honest dealings.

The Return Process

When your returned items arrive at our distribution center:

  1. Our team will carefully inspect each item

  2. We'll perform a quality check against our return conditions

  3. You'll receive a notification when your refund is processed or exchange shipped

  4. If approved, we'll either refund your original form of payment or ship your exchange

Please allow at least 14 days from receipt for processing, with additional time for shipping exchanges. We appreciate your patience as our team ensures everything is handled properly.

Hawaii, Alaska and International orders

Orders delivered to Hawaii or Alaska have slightly different terms:

  • Not eligible for free shipping or free returns

  • Return fees will be calculated when you initiate your return at returns.brazosfineshirts.com

  • Exchanges are not available at this time

  • You're welcome to return your original item(s) for a refund and place a new order

  • Return handling fees will be deducted from your refund amount

  • For international returns or exchanges, please email us at returns@brazosfineshirts.com with the subject line “International”

Customer Information and Fraud Prevention

Brazos Fine Shirts reserves the right to require and electronically capture customer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of customer return activity to ensure the integrity of our return process.

In cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, we may suspend or refuse a refund, and/or return the product to you if return conditions aren't met. We value our relationship with you and take these measures only to ensure fairness for all our customers.
