Pasadena Short Sleeve Micro Check

Pasadena, Texas was named for Pasadena, California in 1893. It was lush, green and beautiful. Then came the oil boom, the Ship Channel, a skyline of steel refinery towers, and Mickey Galley's.
This shirt is at home in either town. Roll the sleeves up for a classic 50's blue collar vibe, or roll them down to add more laid-back refinement, while maintaining a distinct voice.
The Pasadena is made from 100% combed, mercerized Pima cotton. Woven into a blue micro-check that reads solid from across the room and sharpens up close. At 3.2 oz., it's light enough for a Gulf Coast August, yarn-dyed for color that holds, and mercerized for strength and a clean, eggshell-like low luster. It's pre-shrunk, and the more you wash it, the softer it gets. Marbled pearl snaps finish it.
